Ordering

To make your custom designed scarf purchase easy we try to keep the whole ordering process as simple as possible. Here is a brief outline of the steps.

1 – Discuss with you how your design will be incorporated in a scarf. If the design needs to be printed, assess the artwork and advise on the best way forward. We can use your artwork to produce labels at source, or we can send your labels out to be fixed.

2 - Decide the fabric best suited to your needs. Different fabrics and yarn combinations have their own weight and feel and lend themselves to different styles of scarf. We would also confirm the size, finishing specification and any set up costs that might need to be met.

3 - After we have the artwork signed off we can produce a sample for your approval. The sampling process can take 4– 6 weeks.

4 – Once you have approved the sample we can go to production. Before starting production, we would need a 50% deposit and the balance would need to be paid on completion of production and prior to delivery.

Lead times vary depending on the nature of the product but are typically in the region of 5 – 10 weeks, post sampling. For volume orders of 10,000 to 50,000 pieces lead times are in the region of 15 - 30 weeks.
